February 2007: SPP selects Power Catalyst for dispute management

Power Catalyst will develop dispute management procedures and tools for SPP, to smooth the launch and subsequent operation of its markets.  Following our focus on data management and extending it to operational quality, this will result in greatly reduced risk of future resettlements efforts, which have cost other market operators millions of dollars in the past.
