October 2006: SPP selects Power Catalyst for settlements data management

Power Catalyst was selected by SPP, the newest grid and power market operator, to develop a settlements data validation protocol.  As SPP prepares to launch its markets, these procedures will provide validation and accuracy for the settlement of millions of dollars of transactions per week. Power Catalyst will field consulting staff with deep RTO experience in this area to maximize efficiency and clarity, and augment the RTO’s leadership with targeted, complimentary competence for this transition.
