April 7, 2005: Power Catalyst presents at EUCI Market Settlements Challenges Conference in Houston.

Power Catalyst was honored to present at the annual EUCI conference adressing electricity settlements and market clearing. Settlements business processes are some of the most critical for ISO/RTOs, and for the large energy companies that do business in their footprint. Industry experts discussed a variety of specific problems and solutions. Rounding out the conference, Power Catalyst's Michael Leppitsch took a step back and reviewed several information architecture concepts from which a settlements data strategy should be developed. The presentation summarized the sometimes dramatic benefits that arise through fundamentally more strategic management of settlements data.
