October 2004: Power Catalyst completes internal assessment for the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator (MISO) to guide its data management policies and infrastructure.

Power Catalyst reviewed the information needs of MISO's operational departments, which generate many GB of data daily. By taking a perspective that crosses all the market-related departments, and working closely with MISO's information system architects, Power Catalyst helped create a roadmap for infrastructure and skills to manage MISO's data. This assessment supports MISO's long-term governance, prioritization, management of risks, project planning, and consistent vision for in-house data management. From that foundation, MISO is rapidly developing its competence to deliver information to its entire business community.
