January 2004: Power Catalyst expands its membership by bringing on Julie Liao as a new partner. Julie will act as the firm's lead data and application architect.

Julie Liao brings over 18 years of experience architecting technology projects to Power Catalyst. Since FERC Order 888, Julie's experience has been exclusively in energy-related systems, leading the architecture and implementation efforts for a major market participant and service provider for over six years. With this addition, Power Catalyst is starting its second year with a broadened set of services, now extending to detailed energy data structuring for client's data repositories, reporting systems, integration platforms, as well as custom application design and adaptation of existing systems.
